Free boxes are not currently available.. We are evolving the Black Box experience. This ensures we are able to service more NSW & VIC (& some ACT) addresses, and enables us to have higher value boxes for our members.

Yes, Black Box has been operating for over 10 years, and have delivered boxes to over 150,000 people in Australia. We are currently evolving to include a pay-per-box scheme, so you may receive some emails regarding this.

No, at this stage we do not offer any financing solutions such as Afterpay.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If your box hasn't arrived by the end of your delivery window, please contact us at adminau@blackboxglobe.com so we can arrange a refund.
